Governor Brownback Attacked Online for Standing Up to the Kansas Judiciary

The readers of this article might want to check the United States Constitution. It grants Congress the power to create or destroy any federal judiciary element save the Supreme Court, and also gives Congress the power to determine what cases the Supreme Court may hear. What makes them think a state constitution would be any different? Judges these days have a very bad habit of being way too big for their britches and are in serious need of being put back in their proper place.
